# Approvals and human-in-the-loop

> Review queue, auto-approve thresholds, and overrides.

Every AI action that changes data or sends a message queues for review.

* **Approve**. Applies the change.
* **Edit**. Change before applying.
* **Reject**. Octolane learns from rejections.

Set auto-approve thresholds per action type and confidence level once you trust the output. Workspace owners can disable auto-approve globally.
