# Contacts

> People records. Auto-creation from email, enrichment, dedupe.

A Contact is a person, linked to one or more Accounts.

## Auto-creation

Every external participant in your emails and meetings becomes a Contact. No manual entry.

## Enrichment

Job title, seniority, LinkedIn, phone (when available), and recent role changes.

## Dedupe

Same email always merges. Same name + same company merges with a confidence check. Conflicts go to your [approval queue](/ai/approvals).
