# Deleting and archiving

> How deletion works, what's recoverable.

* **Archive**. Hides a record from views but keeps history. Reversible anytime.
* **Delete**. Soft-deletes for 30 days, then permanent.

Bulk deletes are undoable for 24 hours. Workspace owners can restore from the trash within 30 days.
