# Migrating from Attio

> Step-by-step switch from Attio.

1. Export Companies, People, Deals, and any custom lists from Attio as CSV.
2. Connect Gmail and Calendar.
3. [Import each CSV](/managing-data/importing).
4. Re-create AI-augmented fields as [AI fields](/introductions/ai-fields). Octolane will backfill from your history.
