# Stage automation

> Auto-advance deals based on real conversation signals.

Stage automation watches conversations and meetings for stage-advancement signals. E.g. "demo booked" → Demo Scheduled, "pricing sent" → Proposal Sent, "agreement signed" → Closed Won.

Advancements always show up in your [approval queue](/ai/approvals) unless you set an auto-approve threshold.
