# Never miss a follow-up

> The follow-up discipline that retains 6+ month users.

The single most predictive habit of users who stay on Octolane past 6 months.

## Setup

1. Turn on auto-follow-up drafts with manual approval
2. Set follow-up windows per stage (e.g. 2 days post-demo, 7 days post-proposal)
3. Save a view: "Drafts awaiting approval"
4. Calendar block 15 minutes daily at the same time

## Daily ritual

* Open the approval queue
* Approve, edit, or reject. Never skip
* Anything genuinely not worth a follow-up: snooze, don't ignore
