We're a small team that moves fast. If you need help, you'll talk to someone who actually builds the product - not a chatbot, not a ticket queue.

## Common issues before you reach out

  <Accordion title="My email or calendar shows 'Disconnected'">
    This usually happens when not all permissions were granted during setup. Go to **Settings → Integrations → Gmail & Calendar**, click the three-dot menu next to the disconnected account, select **Reconnect**, and make sure you grant all required permissions.

  <Accordion title="Signal isn't detecting visitors">
    Check that the Signal script is loading on your site - open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and filter for "octolane." If the script isn't loading, verify it's in your site's `<head>` tag. If it is loading but you're not seeing data, give it 15-30 minutes for the first visitors to appear.

  <Accordion title="Agents aren't creating deals from my email">
    Make sure your email account is connected and showing as active in **Settings → Integrations**. The Deal Finder Agent needs a few hours to process your email history on first connect. If it's been more than 24 hours with no deals detected, email us and we'll look into it.

  <Accordion title="I need to change my plan or billing info">
    Go to **Settings → Billing** to upgrade, downgrade, or update your payment method. If you need help with invoicing or have a billing question, email [help@octolane.com](mailto:help@octolane.com).
