Connect

Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar → Connect.

Permissions

Read access to your calendar events. Optional: meeting bot needs invite permissions to auto-join calls.

Meeting capture

When enabled, the Octolane bot joins external meetings, records, transcribes, and writes the summary to the linked opportunity. See Meeting recorder.
