Settings → Pipelines → New. For each stage define:
  • Name and color
  • Probability (used by AI Chat forecasts)
  • Entry criteria. Conditions that auto-advance a deal in
  • Exit criteria. What must be true before moving on
Keep it to 5–7 stages for founder-led motions.
